Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

Attach the Label

Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
